Oct. 31 (Bloomberg) -- OAO Uralchem, Russia’s second- largest producer of nitrogen fertilizers, said it agreed with OAO Sberbank on a three-year, $300 million loan to help repay debt and finance exports, according to a regulatory filing from the company today.
