Sri Lanka in Talks With IFC to Lift ‘Doing Business’ Rank

Nov. 1 (Bloomberg) -- Sri Lanka is in talks with the International Finance Corp., the World Bank’s private investment arm, to further improve the island’s ‘Doing Business’ ranking, the Central Bank of Sri Lanka Assistant Governor C.J.P. Siriwardena said in Colombo today.
