Nov. 1 (Bloomberg) -- New Zealand’s new residential property listings rose 2 percent in October from September, according to realestate.co.nz, an industry website.
The increase followed a 10 percent gain in September, according to a report on the website. New listings fell 5 percent from October last year.
The volume of unsold properties was the equivalent of 38.5 weeks of sales, up 4 percent from September, the website said. The average asking price gained 2 percent from September.
