Oct. 28 (Bloomberg) -- Chinese Vice Finance Minister Zhu Guangyao said that China’s contribution to the European stability fund is still “under discussion” and that there is “no conclusion yet.”

“China is open to all options and is willing to discuss,” Zhu told reporters at a conference in Beijing today.
