Nov. 1 (Bloomberg) -- Anhanguera Educacional Participacoes SA’s chief executive officer Alexandre Silveira Dias resigned, the company said in a regulatory filing yesterday.
Ricardo Leonel Scavazza, who previously held the position of deputy finance director, was elected to replace Silveira Dias.
Silveira Dias will remain on the board of directors, the company said. Jose Augusto Goncalves de Araujo Teixeira will replace Scavazza as deputy finance director and continue in his role as investor relations director, according to the filing.
