Oct. 31 (Bloomberg) -- European Central Bank President Jean-Claude Trichet said Greece’s entry into the euro region was approved by all governments without exception.

“With hindsight they should have applied rigorously the rules that existed at the time,” Trichet said in an interview with BBC Radio 4.
