Ruble Weakens First Day in Three Versus Dollar at Start of Trade

Oct. 31 (Bloomberg) -- The ruble weakened for the first day in three against the dollar, retreating 1.3 percent to 30.09 at the start of trading in Moscow. The Russian currency was little changed against the euro at 42.12, leaving it down 0.6 percent at 35.5013 versus the central bank’s target dollar-euro basket.
