Pennsylvania Power Station Ordered to Reduce Emissions, EPA Says

A Pennsylvania power station was ordered to limit sulfur dioxide emissions because they were harming the air quality in Morris and Hunterdon counties in New Jersey, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency said.

The Portland Generating Station in Northampton County, Pennsylvania, was ordered to “significantly” reduce sulfur dioxide emissions within three years, according to the EPA.
