Oct. 31 (Bloomberg) -- Greek Prime Minister George Papandreou said his government faced a challenge to exploit the window of opportunity provided by the decisions taken last week by European Union leaders on a second financing package for the country.

Papandreou said the priority was to “lock in” the decisions of the summit. He said elections would be held as scheduled in 2013. He spoke in Athens in comments televised live on state-run Vouli TV.
