Nov. 1 (Bloomberg) -- The following companies may be active in Russian trading. Stock symbols are in parentheses and share prices are from the previous close.
The 30-stock Micex Index fell 1.8 percent to 1,498.60. The dollar-denominated RTS Index dropped 2.9 percent to 1,563.28.
OAO Lukoil (LKOH RX): Russia’s second-largest oil producer said it has begun exploration drilling in Vietnam and expects results in a month. The Moscow-based company fell 0.2 percent to 1,758.50 rubles.
PIK Group (PIKK RX): The Russian real estate developer decided against an additional share offering due to market conditions. Shares in the developer rose 0.1 percent to 91.04 rubles.
OAO Rostelecom (RTKM RX): Russia’s dominant fixed-line operator gained approval from its board of directors to buy back shares worth as much as $500 million. The Moscow-based company fell 1.3 percent to 155.27 rubles today.
