Bangkok Governor Says Floodwater From North Has ‘Stabilized’

Oct. 31 (Bloomberg) -- Floodwaters flowing toward Bangkok from Thailand’s central and northern provinces has “stabilized,” the city’s Governor Sukhumbhand Paribatra said today, aiding efforts to save the Thai capital from widespread flooding.
