Ruble Gains, Heads for Strongest in Seven Weeks Against Dollar

Oct. 28 (Bloomberg) -- The ruble gained 0.4 percent to 29.8301 versus the dollar, heading for its strongest close since Sept. 8, by 10:04 a.m. in Moscow. The Russian currency added 0.2 percent to 42.3230 against the euro.
