Oct. 28 (Bloomberg) -- Poland’s WIG20 Index dropped 5.32, or 0.2 percent, to close at 2,409.3 at 5:30 p.m. in Warsaw, trimming this week’s gain to 4.5 percent.
The following are among the most active stocks on the Warsaw Stock Exchange today. Stock symbols follow company names.
PKN Orlen SA (PKN PW), Poland’s biggest oil company, lost 0.6 percent to 40.25 zloty and Grupa Lotos SA (LTS PW), the second-largest refiner, declined 1.1 percent to 29.12 zloty. Oil fell as a drop in Japanese industrial output prompted traders to lock in profits from yesterday’s price surge.
