Oct. 28 (Bloomberg) -- The Ontario Securities Commission said it plans to hold public hearings on the bid by Maple Group Acquisition Corp. for TMX Group Inc. on Dec. 1 and 2 in Toronto. The OSC made the announcement in a statement today.
