Oct. 28 (Bloomberg) -- German Chancellor Angela Merkel will focus on trade liberalization and global economic growth at a Group of Twenty states summit in Cannes, France, next week, her spokesman Steffen Seibert said.

Seibert, speaking at a regular press conference in Berlin today, was asked whether Merkel will raise at the summit the issue of attracting investors to participate in an enhanced European bailout fund.
