Oct. 28 (Bloomberg) -- Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda’s planned third extra budget is estimated to boost real gross domestic product by about 1.7 percent, the Cabinet Office said.
The budget, which will pay for reconstruction after the record earthquake in March, will also create around 600,000 jobs, it said in a document released in Tokyo today.
