Oct. 28 (Bloomberg) -- Chinese President Hu Jintao will focus on European Union debt and commodity prices when he attends the upcoming Group of 20 meeting, Vice Foreign Minister Cui Tiankai said in Beijing today.
The summit must “restore market confidence,” Zhang Tao, the head of the international department at the People’s Bank of China, said at the briefing. Countries must substantially reduce deficits and debt, Zhang said.
