Oct. 28 (Bloomberg) -- Actividades de Construccion & Servicios SA said it reached an agreement with seven banks to refinance a 602 million-euro ($853 million) loan used to buy a stake in Hochtief AG.
The loan, first raised in April 2007, will now mature in July 2015, according to a regulatory filing yesterday.
Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria SA, Bankia SA, CaixaBank, Helaba, Instituto de Credito Oficial, Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc and Societe Generale SA participated in the deal.
