Oct. 27 (Bloomberg) -- Hurricane Rina weakened to tropical storm strength today as it moved toward landfall on Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said in an advisory shortly before 10:45 a.m. East Coast time.
Rina, with winds now 70 miles (113 kilometers) an hour, will move near or over the northeastern Yucatan coast today and tomorrow, the center said,
