Oct. 28 (Bloomberg) -- Lim Chai Meng pleaded guilty for his role in cheating the Singapore Land Authority of S$12.2 million ($9.8 million) in the city’s biggest public-sector fraud since 1995.

Lim pleaded guilty to 49 charges at a hearing in Singapore today.
