Koh Pleads Guilty to 55 Charges in Singapore Fraud Case

Oct. 28 (Bloomberg) -- Koh Seah Wee pleaded guilty for his role in cheating two Singapore government agencies of at least S$12.5 million ($10 million) in the city’s biggest public-sector fraud since 1995.

Koh pleaded guilty to 55 counts of cheating and corruption at a hearing in Singapore today.
