Oct. 27 (Bloomberg) -- A Greek debt swap agreed to with bondholders should be completed by year end, a European official said.
There will be discussions with banks on whether the new bonds will be under Greek law or U.K. law, said the official, who spoke on condition of anonymity. The euro-area rescue fund is one option for issuing collateral and there may be other options, the official said.
