Oct. 27 (Bloomberg) -- Dutch Finance Minister Jan Kees de Jager said the risk for lending countries in the European Union rescue fund may increase “somewhat” as the fund will also be used to partly insure bond sales to private investors.
“The risk profile does change,” De Jager said in an interview with BNR Nieuwsradio today.
The euro’s foundation has become a lot more solid after European leaders agreed on a plan to stem the region’s debt crisis, De Jager also said.
