Turkey Has Capital Flow Problem, Bank Governor Basci Says

Oct. 26 (Bloomberg) -- Turkey has a problem with short-term capital flows and as the flows slow the central bank is required to reverse measures, governer Erdem Basci said at a news conference in Ankara today.

The current environment may require “immediate decisions,” Basci told reporters.
