Sartorius Buys Biohit’s Liquid Handling Unit for EU68 Million

Oct. 26 (Bloomberg) -- Sartorius AG agreed to buy the liquid handling business of Helsinki-based Biohit Oyj for 68 million euros.

The deal, subject to clearance by antitrust authorities, is expected to close in December.
