Oct. 27 (Bloomberg) -- Prime Minister George Papandreou said Greece “must get rid of the burden of the past and start a new epoch based on growth.”
He said the debt writedown that European leaders agreed with bondholders today means Greece will no longer have a primary deficit from 2012. He was speaking to reporters in Brussels.
