Oct. 27 (Bloomberg) -- German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President Nicolas Sarkozy and Luxembourg Prime Minister Jean-Claude Juncker are now discussing the outcome of their talks with banking representatives with other euro-region leaders, Juncker’s spokesman said.
