EU Official Says Summit May Pave Way for Further Bank Talks

Oct. 26 (Bloomberg) -- European Union leaders at a summit in Brussels later today may issue a framework for further talks with banks on bondholder losses in a second bailout package for Greece, an EU official said on condition of anonymity because the talks are private.
