EU Leaders Reached Agreement on European Bank Recapitalization

Oct. 26 (Bloomberg) -- European Union leaders meeting in Brussels said they reached agreement on a plan to recapitalize the region’s banks. The leaders released a statement after the meeting ended which tracked drafts circulated earlier today.
