Canada Stocks Fall as Oil Shares Decline After Inventory Report

Oct. 26 (Bloomberg) -- Canadian stocks reversed an earlier gain and fell as energy and material producers decline on a stronger U.S. dollar and an increase in U.S. oil supplies.

The Standard & Poor’s/TSX Index fell 40.02 points, or 0.3 percent, to 12,069.73 at 10:54 a.m. in Toronto, after rising as much as 0.7 percent.
