U.S. Stocks Extend Losses as EU Finance Ministers Cancel Meeting
Oct. 25 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. stocks extended losses after European finance ministers canceled tomorrow’s debt-crisis meeting. The euro sank and Treasuries rallied.
The Standard & Poor’s 500 Index slipped 1.7 percent to 1,233.14 at 9:38 a.m. in New York.
