Oct. 25 (Bloomberg) -- Italian drugmaker Recordati SpA said third-quarter net income rose to 29.7 million euros from 27.8 million euros a year earlier, according to a statement distributed by the Italian exchange today.

The company will distribute an interim dividend, it said.
