Oct. 25 (Bloomberg) -- Quebec said it posted a smaller than-forecast deficit in the 2010-11 fiscal year.
Canada’s second-most populous province recorded a C$3.15 billion ($3.1 billion) shortfall in the year that ended March 31, the provincial government said in an e-mailed statement today. That compares with an estimated C$4.2 billion deficit that was published on March 17.
