Oct. 25 (Bloomberg) -- The Philippines sold 9 billion pesos of 25-year bonds at an average yield of 7.131 percent, with bids totaling 26.6 billion pesos, allowing the government to sell all the debt on offer, data from the Bureau of the Treasury showed.
