Oct. 25 (Bloomberg) -- Nabucco Gas Pipeline International GmbH Managing Director Reinhard Mitschek said that the natural gas link’s revised costs “won’t be far away” from the existing 7.9 billion-euro price tag.
Mitschek, speaking in an interview in Istanbul, couldn’t say when a new cost figure would be announced.
Nabucco expectes gas supply deals to be signed in November, with the so-called open season starting in “spring or summer” of 2012, he said. A final investment decision is seen for early 2013 and construction start in late 2013, he said.
