Malaysia October 1-25 Palm Oil Exports Rose 13.5%, SGS Reports

Oct. 25 (Bloomberg) -- Malaysia’s palm oil exports rose 13.5 percent in the first 25 days of October compared with the previous month, estimated Societe Generale de Surveillance, an independent cargo surveyor.

A total of 1,366,499 metric tons of palm oil were tracked, SGS said in an e-mailed report today. Malaysia exported 1,204,124 tons of palm oil during the same period in September, according to the surveyor.
