China to Allow Banks to Sell Bonds for Loans to Small Firms

Oct. 25 (Bloomberg) -- China will allow banks, whose loan growth to small companies is not less than the general lending growth, to sell bonds as a measure to boost loans to small firms, according to a statement posted on the China Banking Regulatory Commission today.
