Thai Cabinet to Consider Additional Holidays for Flood Relief

Oct. 25 (Bloomberg) -- Thailand’s Cabinet will consider designating Oct. 28 through Oct. 31 as public holidays to give residents time to prepare for flooding in Bangkok, Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra told reporters today.

Yingluck also said the government has no plans to relocate its national flood center from Don Meuang airport, which is being threatened by floodwaters.
