Russian Sunflower Seed Prices Fell 7.7% Last Week, SovEcon Says

Oct. 24 (Bloomberg) -- Russia’s sunflower seed prices dropped 7.7 percent to 9,850 rubles ($320) a metric ton last week, SovEcon said on its website.

Milling rye dropped about 6 percent to 3,950 rubles a ton, the Moscow-based researcher said. Fourth-grade milling wheat declined 1.7 percent to 5,650 rubles a ton, and third-grade milling wheat was 1.3 percent down at 5,850 rubles a ton, it said. Feed wheat was offered 0.5 percent lower at 5,050 rubles a ton. Feed barley declined about 1 percent to 5,200 rubles a ton, SovEcon said.
