N.Z. Dollar Drops After Consumer Prices Rise Less Than Estimated

Oct. 25 (Bloomberg) -- The New Zealand dollar weakened against its U.S. counterpart after a government report showed consumer prices rose less than estimated in the third quarter.

The currency traded at 80.39 U.S. cents at 10:47 a.m. in Wellington from 80.73 cents in New York yesterday and 80.77 cents before the data.
