India 10-Year Bonds Fall for Fourth Day on Interest Rate Outlook

Oct. 24 (Bloomberg) -- India’s 10-year bonds declined for a fourth day on speculation the central bank will boost borrowing costs tomorrow for the seventh time this year to cool inflation.

The yield on the 7.8 percent government security due April 2021 climbed two basis points, 0.02 percentage point, to 8.84 percent at 9:12 a.m. in Mumbai, according to the central bank’s trading system.
