Hungarian Forint Gains Amid Signs of Euro-Area Summit Progress

Oct. 24 (Bloomberg) -- The forint strengthened for a second day, adding 0.7 percent to 296.43 per euro as of 9:05 a.m. in Budapest as euro-area leaders edged toward agreeing on a strategy to help contain the debt crisis.
