Hong Kong Grade A Office Rent World’s Most Costly, Colliers Says

Oct. 24 (Bloomberg) -- Hong Kong’s grade A office rentals are the world’s most expensive, followed by London’s West End and Paris, Colliers International said in an e-mailed statement today.

The city’s grade A annual gross rental per square feet reached $213.7 as of June 2011, compared with $104.91 in Tokyo and $87 in Singapore, it said.
