France’s Fillon Says EU Making ‘Significant’ Advances on Crisis

Oct. 24 (Bloomberg) -- French Prime Minister Francois Fillon said the European Union has made “signifcant” advances on reinforcing the European Financial Stability Facility, strengthening banks’ balance sheets and putting place a support plan for Greece. He made the remarks in a statement handed to journalists in Paris.
