Oct. 23 (Bloomberg) -- Three aid workers, two Spanish and one Italian, were kidnapped in Algeria last night, the foreign ministries of the two European countries said today.
Ainhoa Fernandez de Rincon and Enric Gonyalons were kidnapped in the Rabuni camp near Tindouf, said a Madrid-based press officer for the Spanish foreign ministry in a telephone interview.
The Italian, a woman named Rossella Urru, is a representative of the International Committee for the Development of Peoples, or CISP, the foreign ministry in Rome said in an e-mailed statement.
