Oct. 22 (Bloomberg) -- Saudi Arabia’s King Abdullah has left a hospital after undergoing surgery to relieve back pain, the official Saudi Press Agency reported, citing a statement from the Royal Court.

The king would resume treatment at his palace, the Riyadh- based news service said.
