Oct. 21 (Bloomberg) -- Billionaires Xavier Niel and Naguib Sawiris are candidates to buy France Telecom SA’s mobile-phone unit in Switzerland, French daily Les Echos reported, without saying where it got the information.
Niel, the founder of Iliad SA, is acting in a personal capacity, according to the newspaper. He declined to comment, Les Echos said.
