Murdoch Adjourns Annual Meeting Without Revealing Voting Totals

Oct. 21 (Bloomberg) -- Rupert Murdoch, chairman and chief executive officer of News Corp., adjourned the annual meeting after hearing from shareholders who want him and his sons to leave the media company’s board.

Murdoch, 80, told shareholders in Los Angeles that the vote totals for board nominees, including his sons James and Lachlan, would be reported later today.
