Oct. 21 (Bloomberg) -- Helbor Empreendimentos S.A. contracted sales fell 45 percent to 245 million reais in the third quarter, when compared to the same period last year, the company said in a regulatory filing with its preliminary results.

The Brazilian homebuilder new projects fell 48 percent to 220.9 million reais in the period, said the statement.
