Fricke Says EFSF Guidelines Don’t Change German Guarantee Volume

Oct. 21 (Bloomberg) -- German Free Democratic Party lawmaker Otto Fricke said the guidelines for the European Financial Stability Facility don’t change the maximum German guarantee amount for the EFSF of 211 billion euros. He was speaking in the lower house of Germany’s parliament in Berlin today.
